Job Description:    
-    Performs receptionist functions 
-    Greet and assist all visitors coming in office from 9.00am – 6.00pm.
-    Provide administrative support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office
-    Provide word-processing and secretarial support
-    Perform clerical duties in order to maintain S+A administration
-    Maintain office general calendar
-    Pick up and deliver the mail, including coordination with messengers
-    Open and date stamp all general correspondence 
-    Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system and file all correspondence
-    Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
-    Assist in organizing staff travel including air flight booking, visa arrangement, etc.
-    Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and equipment
-    Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment
-    Coordinate the maintenance and repair of the office premises
-    Coordinate the office catering
-    Perform other related duties as required
